“Had another great experience with Raymond PH&A. This time dealt with Juelz, who repaired a kitchen faucet leak. Juelz was friendly, respectful and professional. He immediately spotted the problem and resolved the issue. He took time to ensure problem was fully remedied & did not rush thru. His patience and attention to detail was exceptional. Juelz demonstrated confidence and an assuredness in his skills. He is an asset to Raymond PH&A and would have a successful career and future in his field. Juelz appears to be committed to performing quality work, building customer trust, and reflecting a positive and professional reputation for Raymond PH&A. “We called Raymond on a Sunday evening 1-25-2026 during a big snow storm. Our furnace went out. The house was getting cold fast. Raymond responded very quickly to get us in touch with someone that was on call. Lu came to look at our furnace. He was very thorough and checked many things. He did get our furnace running. He also showed my husband how to reset our furnace if it goes out again. The next day Raymond called us to get estimates for repair or to replace furnace. Lu talked with us about both decisions. Raymond sent Mike out Monday 1-26-2026 and he gave us options and sent estimates within a few hours of his appointment. Very happy and satisfied with Raymond.”
“I had a great experience with Juelz. He repaired our water line at the meter, repaired water lines into the shower, and installed our new shower faucet. What really stood out was his attention to detail and positive attitude. It’s clear he is committed to performing quality work and building trust with his customers. “I wish I could give more than five stars. Juelz was incredible. He was super friendly yet professional. He identified the problem right away and even showed me how to tighten the nut on the shut off. He confidently replaced the outside hose line. He knows what he’s doing (even though he looks young). Don’t judge a book by its cover. I hope I don’t need a plumber again soon, but if I do, I hope it Juelz.”

morning to remove them. Flooring was put down
and later that same day he returned to put them

“Sat. July 26, 2025. My AC went on one of the hottest days of the year. I called and was turned over to Adam H. He showed up within 15 minutes and had my AC up and running within 1/2 hr. He was very friendly, very nice and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them. I have also used their plumbing services with the same positive outcome.”
“My ac unit went out on one of the hottest days and I called and they said they would send someone over soon it was after hours a lil while later the repair man called to let me know he was in a call and would be over as soon as possible, he showed up soon and it was a blown fuse , had to go buy the fuse and returned shortly he was awesome and wonderful person and had my ac going quick, great service Thank you Adam for being so professional and polite, Great worker”
“Jason, Jim, and Steve were the technicians who replaced both the air conditioner and furnace in our house during the last two days. They were always on time, very courteous, and extremely professional during the entire process. They worked very well as a team and we were very impressed with their work and final results. They were very knowledgeable and adept at their profession. They explained all details and operation upon completion. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“Our older furnace motor went out on a Saturday morning. I called Raymond’s and Mike came out within two hours and carefully explained what needed to be done. Parts were ordered and came in within a couple of days. Mike came back out and replaced the blower motor and wheel . Now we have heat. Nice people to work with and we would call Raymond’s again.”

“I have had plumbing repairs made by Mr. Jacob on 3 occasions at my residence. Each and every time, Mr. Jacob has logically reviewed the issue and readily repaired the leak/other with outstanding results. He is logical, respectful of the property and does an excellent job with his repairs. He leaves the job site clean and simply does a very professional job. I would state that Mr. Jacob has excellent expertise in his work focus and is definitely an asset to Raymond Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and represents the company with an outstanding rating.”

“I needed a hot water tank and when I called Raymond Plumbing, I spoke with Shelly. She was very respectful and efficient with quoting me a price and when to schedule my install and repair. On the morning of the install, as stated, Shelly called to let me know James was on his way.
Shortly thereafter James arrived. Very impressive, James was also courteous, personable, and respectful. He explained clearly the repair and installation process.
Additionally, he also educated me on proper water temperature, safety features such as the pressure release valve, and what to do in case of an emergency.
I will use Raymond Plumbing again and recommend them for your plumbing needs.”
“I cannot recommend Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning enough! I give them more than 5 stars, for sure. During this hottest week of the year so far, my AC went out. I called Raymond, and they worked me into their schedule in 24 hours. The technician, John, arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and found the issue right away. Both of the women with whom I spoke (when I called to report the issue and with scheduling the service) were friendly, kind, and caring. I am so grateful that Raymond made it a priority to send a tech as soon as possible — and the cost of service was affordable! If you are looking for an HVAC company, choose Raymond!”
“Jacob showed up to repair our outdoor faucet. He was able to explain everything that could be wrong, tightened a few nuts and screws and the faucet appears to be fixed (not leaking). He really did a 5-start job explaining things and listening to my concerns. Outstanding job! Should you all ever decide to go forward with a yearly maintenance program for plumbing issues we would definitely be interested.”
