“I needed a hot water tank and when I called Raymond Plumbing, I spoke with Shelly. She was very respectful and efficient with quoting me a price and when to schedule my install and repair. On the morning of the install, as stated, Shelly called to let me know James was on his way.
Shortly thereafter James arrived. Very impressive, James was also courteous, personable, and respectful. He explained clearly the repair and installation process.
Additionally, he also educated me on proper water temperature, safety features such as the pressure release valve, and what to do in case of an emergency.

“Jacob showed up to repair our outdoor faucet. He was able to explain everything that could be wrong, tightened a few nuts and screws and the faucet appears to be fixed (not leaking). He really did a 5-start job explaining things and listening to my concerns. Outstanding job!
