I called Raymond, and they worked me into their schedule in 24 hours. The technician, John, arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and found the issue right away. Both of the women with whom I spoke (when I called to report the issue and with scheduling the service) were friendly, kind, and caring. I am so grateful that Raymond made it a priority to send a tech as soon as possible — and the cost of service was affordable! If you are looking for an HVAC company, choose Raymond!”
