In 1957, Wayne Raymond started Raymond Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to provide quality service to his customers in Northeast Ohio. He knew the value of quality workmanship and saving people money. His tradition has been handed down to a second generation of Raymond family members who continue to bring home comfort to your community. Their oldest son, Keith, returned to Lorain and rejoined the family business in 1979. After his father’s death in 1986, and along with his siblings, Shelly & Brian, they continued to grow the business. They carried on the values that were instilled in them.
In January 2023, Raymond Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning changed hands with new owner Mike Sherrill, a longtime work associate of Raymond’s. Mike has continued to carry on the company’s legacy of hard work and quality workmanship. We continue to provide top heating, cooling, and plumbing service to the surrounding communities of Lorain, Sandusky, and Cleveland.
