(He also serviced our A/C unit this past summer. ) I appreciated how thorough he is in his explanation of what he did to get our furnace running efficiently. Turns out that our gas pressure was too high and our burners were in need of recalibration. Matt answered all my questions concerning a thermostat upgrade since the house is 10 years old.
