He identified the problem right away and even showed me how to tighten the nut on the shut off. He confidently replaced the outside hose line. He knows what he’s doing (even though he looks young). Don’t judge a book by its cover. I hope I don’t need a plumber again soon, but if I do, I hope it Juelz.”
