Backflow Testing

Backflow Testing in Lorain, OH

Backflow preventers are required by the EPA, State law (Ohio Administrative Code 3745-95), and Ohio Plumbing Code (chapter 608) to be installed where there is a potential health or contamination threat within the consumer's plumbing system. Once initial installation and testing are finalized, you are required to have your backflow prevention device tested every 12 months by a certified tester. You will receive a notification letter in the mail when your backflow prevention device is due for its annual test. We will test and file necessary test results to your city.
