Oil speculators see this confidence as a possible reason to believe in increased use of heating oil in the near future. Unfortunately the ongoing tension surrounding Iran is also contributing to the expected bounce in oil prices.
The hope is that tensions ease and this problem will not contribute to more consumer negativity and a continuation of economic stagnation.
